Relay automatically sends payment confirmation via SMS, including email receipts to your customers after each transaction. The receipts include the contact information you provided when creating your Relay business account; this makes it easy for your customers to contact you after a transaction. Your customers also have the option to log into their Relay customer dashboard to view every transaction with your business.
You can issue refunds directly from your Relay dashboard.
- First, navigate to the transactions dashboard
- Select the transaction you’d like to refund, and click the refund button
- In the pop-up window, specify the reason for issuing the refunds, then click the “Issue refund” button to complete.
